In March 2006 I wrote a Masters Thesis titled:
The Dynamics of House Prices  - International Evidence
- Identified the first internationally synchronized housing bubble
- Predicted the consequences being global recessison.

Prior to the thesis I had written several papers on this subject including a paper in 2004 describing the creation of international housing bubble.
